It’s nice and feels like a truck

There were no surprises about size as dimensions are listed. I'm using the perches to support a bed for our dove. All pieces are well made and safe for birds. The rectangular pieces are a bit small for my dove but he jumps to them anyway.

I've read that these aren't the best type of perches for birds. But since I have such a huge enclosure with many types of perches, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try. It's been over a month, and when given the option, my bird does not use these at all. Not even occasionally. Please make sure if you try these out you have a lot of other options in your bird's cage too. As far as this product compared to others, it is sturdy and the brackets hold onto the cage well. The sand material is very cheap and comes off when you clean with a sponge. I'm glad my bird doesn't try to chew on it because I can tell it would flake off.

They’re okay. They’re easy to install. Our bird doesn’t like them though.

Can hurt your birds from the material. I would say only use one or 2 in cage along with other perches to give your bird different texture to stand on. Natural wood is best but if you need these they aren't bad and a good random perch to have in cage. Give the birds feet a break because some of them are flat.

My birds love these perches and platforms. They are always on one or the other. The rough covering is great for keeping toenails trimmed.
