A great, healthy cane sugar alternative
In an effort to eat healthier, I have been looking for a cane sugar substitute and am so happy to have found this Monk Fruit Sweetener. I use it to sweeten my green tea and collagen drink in the morning, and I've also used it to bake with. This sweetener can be too sweet, so I use half the amount called for in recipes. When I make my 3-ingredient peanut butter cookies, I use 1/3 cup of Mong Fruit Sweeter instead of 2/3 cup sugar in the recipe. The cookies come out perfect and tasty.

Excellent Alternative to Sugar
i’ve been using this product for years, but I can’t always get it in the supermarket or I forget to purchase it so buying it from Amazon has made it easy. I live the taste; sweet with no chemical aftertaste. I primarily use it for my coffee, but will also toss it in lieu of sugar for baking or to add a bit of sweetness to any recipe that calls for sugar.

The Erythritol could cause digestive problems.
This Monk Fruit Sweetener has Erythritol in it. As a warning it states, to much Erythritol could cause digestive problems.(as it did with me). I was only having 3 cups of coffee a day with less than a teaspoon of Monk Fruit Sweetener, but after a couple of weeks, the digestive problems stated. (And when I say started…going to the bathroom 6 times a day). I stopped and went back to honey and my digestive problems cleared up.
