Classroom fun
I gave these to my students on the first day of school. They loved them and it was a fun way to welcome them to the classroom!!

Don’t waste your money.
They are not color changing at all. Tried everything thing I could think of to get the color to change. Nothing worked not even wrapping them in a heating pad. If I could leave negative stars I would.Led breaks very easy. Sharpening alone is a chore. You will waste 1/4 of the pencil trying. I hope you didnt do as I did and purchase before reading reviews.

Color change a bit slow
Although the color change was a bit slow it had a vibrant color. Looked great when it did get going. All the kids really liked them.

The pencils don’t work as mentioned
The change of colors based on temperature don’t work very well. The color change is very little.

Doesn’t really change color
We’ve had other color changing pencils in the past that transformed from the original color to. As new color simply from the heat of your hand SS you picked it up and wrote with it. This one takes great effort rubbing and rubbing until there is so much heat from your Han’s friction that it is a bit painful and only reveals a tiny line of color that quickly returns to black. Very disappointing. Would have returned had we not needed right away for goodie bags- especially since they arrived late.

Perfect to take to kids' classes for their birthday
We try not to take cupcakes to school on my kids' birthdays because of food allergies, and I know a lot of kids who aren't a huge fan of them, plus they're messy.My kids are in 1st and 3rd grade, and each of them took these to hand out to their class. They were a huge hit. Yes, your hands do need to be super warm to get the pencils to change color. My kids have no trouble, though, and their teachers loved them so much they asked if they could have one as well.

BARE MINIMUM COLOR CHANGE
Not alot of color change at all. The pencil itself feels almost flexible. I expected something from my childhood to proudly show my kids and I was far from right. I wish they changed color better. It comes but just very very faint.
