Better than expected
I really wasn't sure what to expect from this product, but after using it for 5 minutes I am impressed. Plenty of resistance. Perfect contoured grip. I would highly recommend this product to anything that needs a portable workout device.

To strong for me. The yellow resistants was perfect but seller offers only read.
I should order deferent strangh. I had previosly yelow one and I realy like it but it broke. Red is for more athletic guys.

Great product for the great price!
I bought this for my husband because he wanted too work on his golf swing. He was so excited to try it. He LOVES it. It goes in and out of the traveling bag just fine and you can print out the exercises in the pictures Amazon provide. Highly recommend this product, unless you want to pay around $100 for a different one.

Carry bag should be larger
Carry bag is too small . Printed illustrations of various exercises would be nice . My old GolfGym had a bigger bag and illustrations . I disposed of the old bag, luckily I kept the old illustrations .Overall it is worth the money
