When I first received this product I was impressed by quality. It has been over a year since I purchased this item a I have to say it is worth more than I paid. The different pockets allow me to store files for the different schools I visit. This item looks very professional. I can easily maneuver in limited spaces and it’s easy to handle. No matter how much it has in it it still has room for more. The handles allows for easy grip and evens out the weight. I highly recommend this product for its durability and functionality.

Case works well as I'm able to keep multiple work cases, computers and supplies needed as an investigator. Extending handle is sturdy and good length for me to walk comfortably. Small enough to fit in front of the passenger seat for easy access. Combination lock is crucial for keeping confidential documents safe.

This bag is versatile with lots of pockets and space. It fits down the center aisle on a plane and it fits under the seat in front of you! A 16-20 oz water bottle fits in the side zip pockets, but must be the taller skinny kind. Extra wide water bottles won’t fit. Comes with safety lock for electronics compartment. Slides on handle of your suitcase for easy commute through airport. Very durable and wheels are smooth. Love this bag!

I'm a frequent business traveler; I purchased this bag in Feb. 2024 after having knee issues and not wanting to use a heavy backpack to carry my Laptop and all other travel items anymore. I really like all the features of this bag, including the many pockets for organizing things, the 2 water bottle pockets, which are very convenient, and the back strap to put it on top of my carry-on bag for easier transport. However, in May 2024 I was coming back from a trip and the telescopic handle broke on one side (see picture), I contacted KROSER via email and within a few days a new bag arrived at my doorstep. I hope this one lasts much longer, because I've checked many other bags and this is the most convenient one I found. Fingers Crossed.

This bag is strong and it's greedy! No matter what i stuff in here it gobbles it up. and there's a compartment for everything. I purchased this in 2023. It has a few scrapes at the bottom, and it's bleached out from the sun because I live in the Bahamas, it works just as good as new. I've packed it to the point that it weighs around 33lbs and I carry it everyday to work. being able to pull it with the handle makes it easy to carry but it's not bad carrying it like a suitcase either. I love this Briefcase. If for any reason this gets damaged beyond repair, I'm buying a bag from this company again.

Carry's a lot stuff. However like the last case I had, the extended travel handle broke. And from what I learned today about any warranty or replacement it is none existent from this company. Unless they change their position on refunds product refunds avoid.

I bought this one to replace one I've had for years. I really like all the space this one provides and it rolls well and is much quieter than my old one.

This is an excellent bag. Lots of room, lots of pockets. Strong handle and wheels.
