I have been purchasing this product for some time (over a year now) to make a healthy gluten-free baking blend. Not only is it gluten-free, but when mixed with the right ingredients for baking, it is a great-tasting product that makes healthy gluten-free baking in my house much easier.At first I had to figure out the adjustments to make when using this instead of traditional flours, but it was easily done with a little research on the 'net. Hint - it does need some other products with it to make a great baking blend. It has a neutral taste and is a very finely ground product. I've purchased and used several bags now - I love to bake - and plan to continue doing so!

High quality, superfine, white and light, no overly oaty flavor like some other brands. Highly recommend and will be purchasing more.

This is the first time using oat fiber so I can't compare it to any others. It does mix easily and bread turned out great. Seems great for the keto diet as it didn't spike blood sugar and low carb

I like the lightness and zero off-taste of this oat fiber. Works great in my Keto type recipes that call for it.

Just ok

I use this for baking especially when I’m trying to cut carbs. Replacing some of the almond flour in a recipe with this oat fiber really has made a difference. There is no strong off flavor and baked goods turn out perfectly. This and the Trim Healthy Mama brand are the best oat fibers on the market in my opinion. But beware, getting this from Amazon is costly. Much better value ordering this straight from the Netrition website.
