used over a year now
I wanted to provide a review for this item as I've had it for over a year now. I purchased in 9/18 and used it for the rest of that year and all of 2019. It bought it for 2 main reasons, the weight and how it folds flat for storage and transport. Pros: the weight and folding are great. Storage is good as is the umbrella holder. Straps hold the bag on ok. The cons: the bag will twist during the round. The cart is not well balanced and tips backward very easily, even tilt backwards a little walking up hill. This, I believe, is because the front wheels are tucked under the bag. Also not too stable on side hill lies. The cart will not roll straight on its own; it veers sharply to the right. Both cup holder knobs broke off. I sent an email to the company; no reply. The rubber handle padding split on one end after a year; I had to wrap it with duct tape. So overall, I cannot recommend this product unless you only care about weight and storage. And poor customer service for not replying to my email.

and easy to set-up
Very compact, and easy to set-up. Lightweight and rolls smoothly. Could use a net or bag for more storage.

Bad Customer Service
I would give the actual cart 3 stars. It's decently made with good engineering. It squeaks a lot and falls backwards, which it shouldn't do for a premium price. Overall it's fine though. If you have a problem or want to register your cart you will get no response from the USA corporate office or their European headquarters. I've never had another company not respond to customer inquiries. For this reason I cannot recommend Big Max. I bought a ClicGear and the customer service has been great.
