Simple treats that smell delicious -- and puppy agrees!
These treats are just great! All three of the flavors smell tasty enough that I've been tempted to try one myself. Our little puppy just goes nuts when he smells one of these things; they've become our go-to high-value treat for training and reward purposes. I love that they're made with sustainable crickets, so we're helping the environment while giving puppy something tasty to snack on. My only mild frustration was that they do tend to dry out after a few days if you're opening the bag frequently. We've addressed this by keeping the bag tightly sealed with all the air pushed out of it, and we keep the bag in the fridge once it's been opened. We do keep a small jar on the counter with a day's worth of treats in it, and we just refill the jar so the treats won't dry out. That's really helped, and the treats usually stay fresh until we hit the bottom of the bag.Speaking of which, don't throw out that dust in the bottom of the bag! We pour it over puppy's kibble or just let him eat those delicious remnants out of our hands, and he loves it. Good to the very last crumb!I definitely give these my highest recommendation and will continue buying these for our puppy as long as he continues to love them.

OMG, MAJOR hit with my two hounds. Highly successful as training treats!
My dogs LOVE LOVE LOVE these. One is a very picky 16-year-old English Coonhound, still with good energy. The other is a 2-year-old little wild thing I'm training. They smell good to the dogs and while not my top choice of scents, haha, they are not disgusting. Soft and can be broken in two with hands to extend the treats. Not sticky or squishy or icky to keep in the pocket but they are soft so remove them when done. My very senior dog will do tricks for them and frankly, she knows she has a good gig here and doesn't put herself out that much, anymore - or ever, haha. Our new hound pays very close attention to everything when she smells one of these. They are clean and I only feed my dogs good food, mostly organic, vegetables, fish, etc. I have to say that the thought of eating crickets was odd, but I read up on them, and they are healthy. Clearly they are delicious. My dogs react to them the same as if I waved salmon or steak past their noses. You get a lot of them in one bag, so the price is better than most dog treats. Big winner. Surprised, as who thought of eating crickets, but my dogs surely do. A lot. All the time. At the mere sight of the bag, they are hopping around.

Update...
Updated review:The company has reached out to me over my concerns of their product and offered to refund my cost for this item.I have purchased another bag of these and they were once again soft like before.Thank you Jimini's for backing up your product!Original review:My dog has to be on a hydrolyzed diet, so he isn't able to tolerate very many treats, he loved these, had no problems eating them and they were perfect to crumble over top of his food to give him an incentive to eat. Sadly they have changed the recipe on these and they are no longer soft enough to be crumbled, they are a lot harder now. Unfortunately everytime you find a really great product, it gets changed to a not so great product.

Sometimes soft, sometimes not
Sometimes when you order these on Amazon, you get soft ones and sometimes they are hard. I buy them at Petco and they are always soft and I can break them into smaller pieces. This time when I order them from Amazon, the bag on the left is hard and the bag on the right is soft. The outside of the packages has different font and slightly different packaging. I wish they would be consistently like the ones on the right side (not because of flavor, but because of the packaging style and the soft treats being inside). Besides that my dog loves the taste and I love the ingredients .

Healthy, sustainable and great customer service!!!
I have the pickiest dogs ever, one only eats toys and one will straight up turn his head away in disgust. I’ve bought every healthy treat and snack that is on the market, but once I found Jiminy’s, the search was over!Buster and Beau can’t get enough of them. Training with a new puppy is hard enough, but finding a healthy food motivator was probably the toughest part. I love knowing that what I am giving my dogs is healthy, globally sustainable, and also that I am supporting a local Bay Area company!! My dogs cannot get enough, and the only issue is keeping the pantry stocked.Lastly, great customer service! I reached out to their customer service team and got an immediate response, and I tend to send my emails late at night. My dogs are food sensitive so I really want to ask a bunch of questions that I can’t be answered by a quick google search. Jiminy’s team member was super open and upfront about their sourcing, ingredients used, and even sent me some samples for reaching out. Love this company, and I can’t wait to have my pups grow healthy and strong with their great products.Do your dog and the planet a favor and give this amazing brand your business. Great variety, a sustainable green company business model, and not to bad overpriced like other green companies!! If my dogs love it, yours will surly go crazy for it as well.

love the concept and execution
Dogs love these. The size is perfect to be a training treat. They stay soft. Not smelly. I’m obsessed over the idea of bugs as a sustainable source of high protein. As I am not ready to eat bugs myself, will start with the dogs.
