I chose this chewable CoQ10 because of the enhanced absorption. For me it’s better than taking the capsules, which I’m not too good at doing. Also it tastes good! I’m on subscription because I need this since I’m on a statin and taking a statin alone depletes your CoQ10. Also, the owner of the health food store that I frequent says it is a good product and he has been into holistic medicine for a long time. I recommend.

This was the first CoQ 10 I tried. They were awful to eat, very chalky. I gagged my way through the bottle because I paid for it. Next time I bought a capsule I could just swallow. Neither had any effect, over 6 months, that I could tell. However, this was the most unpalatable of the two brands I tried.
