They work!
These are AMAZING! I must admit that I was initially sceptical about these. I honestly didn't think they would work, but I really needed to find a solution. I use a CPAP machine and my mouth kept getting extremely dry - to the point that it was sometimes painful! I don't have that problem at all now with these XyliMelts! I use one or two of these per night (1 when I go to bed & 1 sometimes when I wake up during the night). I just pop it under my top lip so it sticks to my gum. It doesn't get in the way or anything. It tastes good. It's not an overpowering taste at all but there's a nice, subtle taste to it. It hydrates my mouth really well and it always stays in place. I would highly, highly recommend these.

Perfect for people with a dry mouth
These little pastels cling to the side of the mouth and can be used in the day or during the night. They help keep the mouth moist and the mint ones help to freshen your breath.

Perfect for CPAP users
I've repurchased these multiple times as I use one every night with my CPAP machine as it helps to prevent dry mouth. I really notice the difference if I don't use them, so they are a non-negotiable now.

Good for Dry Mouth
My husband uses these when out and about as he suffers with a dry mouth. Getting them to stick is sometimes a little bit tricky but they work well once stuck.

excellent at stopping a dry mouth
if like me you sleep with your mouth open and wake up dry as a chip these will stop this happening. Recommended to me by friend a few years back, I have not looked back and always have some in my bedside draw.

Saved me from the CPAP desert
I'm a new user of a CPAP machine and I was continually waking up with a dry mouth. I combined this with the ResMed Humidifier and heated tube and it has improved my life! They taste great, and last a long time.I usually take 1 per night, and occasionally one if I do wake up in the night. You easily forget they're in your mouth and don't affect sleep. I'd recommend for any new CPAP users who are trying to adjust to a new way of sleeping.

Definitely worth trying
I have been using Xylimelts for about a year now because I suffer from dry mouth and since my medication was changed it has become very much worse. Xylimelts work by stimulating saliva production, so how effective they are is going to be dependent on whether or not you are able to produce saliva. I mainly use them when I am unable to get a drink, such as on a long journey or in a meeting and they work brilliantly to prevent the discomfort I would otherwise suffer. They probably last about 2 hours for me, although longer if I go to sleep with one in my mouth. Sometimes it takes a minute or two to get them to stick to my gum (I don't think you are supposed to stick them to teeth or cheeks), so I tend to roll them around to wet them in my mouth first then hold them with the adhesive side against my gum until I can feel they are sticking OK....once in place they stay there although I can prise them off with a finger nail.

Game changer for dry-mouth sufferers
I’ve been suffering from severe dry mouth for over six years now, long ENT and Gastro story, but an amazing ENT specialist at John Radcliffe recommended these, as well as six weeks of a well-known aniseed syrup advance extra strength four times a day. This product is the game changer though, I always wake up at 4 or 5am with my throat completely dried out to the back, plumping pillows etc buys me about 15 mins more before I wake up with the same issue until my alarm goes off, which is really disruptive to my sleep. You ‘stick’ one of these to your gum, above your teeth (I use top, front centre) and it lasts for around 3-4 hours (ish), meaning uninterrupted sleep, which makes a massive difference, especially to brain fog, highly recommended
