Broken & looked like it had been used before

Rubbish, once I opened the plastic bag it came in straight away I noticed it was broken and looked like it it had been cut. The inside was filled with crumbs. Looking like somebody had used it before.Also didn't come with shoulder strap.The quality of the bag isn't great very cheep like.
