Came with all the parts, sturdy and impressive
For the price, this workstation is amazing. The picture was deceiving since I thought the workstation wasn't as big. But turns out, the shelves are really wide. The top shelf was able to keep both my KRK Rokit 5s and have enough space for a 27" monitor that im saving up to buy. There is enough leg room as well, I could fit the accompanying KRK sub 10s and still have breathing room for my legs. I was able to fit an Akai MPK 25 and my HP laptop all on the same main shelf and have my soundcard, headphones, and other items on the back. I recommend using a laptop with this workstation for the sake of convenience, especially if you'll be moving items around the shelves. The build was actually a little off after I put together the main steel frames. It is definitely a human error on the welding but my brother was able to fix it and make it less slightly wobbly, definitely sturdy as I stated. I didn't have the patience for it. You have to have a lot of patience when building this baby though, since the allan wrenches and the little screw wrench that they give you are very meticulous to use. Although, after me and my bro put all these things together, this is definitely a great buy. perfect for music production.

For those in the market for a small studio desk, this is a great product.
Based upon the fact that this desk is inexpensive, it gets a 5 stars from me. I find there is nothing to improve. The material used is not bad, but is by no means the best, and putting it together is not totally evident, but doesn't require much brains to suss out eventually. Took me under an hour and either way, when you buy something you need to build, you can't fault the company for needing to build it.I really love this desk. The size - for my small room (10 X 105 X 115) - is more than acceptable and enjoyable to work on! I have only one 8p 1 unit rack, and I wanted space to put a weighted keyboard in front of me as I score films. This desk does it really nicely. I have a Nord Drum 3p setup where you'd normally put the keyboard, which is awesome. Everything is nicely out of the way, and the colour is very pleasing. For those in the market for a small studio desk, this is a great product.

Nice Desk but Some QC Lacking
Other reviews have mentioned the screw hole issue with the two surfaces. I had issues with it too. The screw holes did not line up very well. Some were not even close. They were a good quarter-inch off. So there is a possibility you'll have to do some drilling on your own. I didn't mind too much. I've put together furniture like this before. Also, even if they did line up, the holes were so small as to be almost useless anyway.I followed the instructions as best I could, but they were lacking. They said to assemble the keyboard portion first, then flip it upside-down and attach it to the bottom of the larger surface. That was incredibly awkward to do. I could barely get my hands to where the allen screws were. The keyboard slide tray assembly went well - no issues. Although it doesn't feel as rugged as my old keyboard tray. I try not to push on it too hard.In case you don't want to use the included tools, you'll need a 4mm allen wrench and a 10mm wrench for the lock nuts - just an F.Y.I.But now that's it's all together it's really nice. It's surprisingly sturdy. It's also very roomy. My previous computer desk was tiny, and even though this is only slightly larger, I can fit almost twice as much stuff. I do really like it. I wanted something that leaned more towards music production and this is a good fit.

Good value for the price
It arrived in good order and contrary to some of the other reviews, the instructions were pretty straight forward. The table tops are both really solid and the whole setup seems to have no flex with the foot pads adjusted to compensate for my wonky floor. The tray is also pretty solid. I haven't tried banging away on my Akai MPK pads yet, but with normal keyboard & trackpad use there is almost 0 noticeable flex. The tray is also pretty deep, with tons of space: I can almost close it with a 25key keyboard, apple wireless keyboard and trackpad side by side.My only gripe is the pre-drilled holes...I ended up putting the screws in most of the way with a drill before removing them and then attaching the table tops to the frame. If you only have a screw driver you better have popeye arms haha. For $170US though you'd have to try very hard to do better. My last work station cost more and was second hand!I'll try to update this once it's seen a few months of use

Great solution given my space and budget
I didn't want or need a huge workstation because all I have is a PC, a computer monitor, a pair of speaker monitors, a small 6 channel mixer, two mic pres, usb interface and a small usb keyboard. I still have PLENTY of empty workspace for paper and writing. It is pretty well built, better than I expected. Like others have said though, it's a bit of a pain to put together...I wish I had a second person to help me with it...probably would have gone easier. The holes lined up pretty well. After reading some other reviews I was wary of that. Overall, I'd buy again and certainly recommend to anyone looking for a solid workstation that doesn't have a large footprint.
