They are sturdy and lightweight. They make a wonderful gift. My granddaughter is 5 and I purchased them for her to have something new for the outside to learn. When it rains she uses them in the garage and/or basement. It's like stepping back in time where kids can entertain themselves with a fun activity.

Birthday present for six year old grandson. Six yr old had the process mastered in about an hour of practice and his 10 yr old brother in about 15 minutes. Liked the ease of raising and lowering the handles and height of stilts. Was a wonderful choice for an active six year old. Six yr old was begging dad to raise the height.

My six year old son loves these. They only took a minute or two to assemble (They came with the foot platforms screwed on at the lowest height and I left them there for him to start.) The remainder of assembly is with the push button locks like on a pair of aluminum crutches. He has been walking around the house in them (with a helmet), and he's quite proud of his increasing proficiency day by day, reporting back to me how many times he's made the loop around our main floor. The end caps seems a little rigid like they might mar a soft surface, but I've not noticed any markings on our hardwood floors. I may advance the height for him in a few days which will take a screwdriver and involve loosening and reassembling the foot platform. These are awesome for exercise, balance, agility, self-confidence and for staying off the electronic devices. I'm sure they would work outside when the weather is better, but we've not had any problem with them indoors. Also, with some toys you have to spend a lot of time teaching a child how to use it (fishing rod, kite, bicycle) but this involved no additional instruction from me--he just stood against the wall, and figured it out himself.

easy to put together...very adjustable....not expensive, compared to others.

My 4yo loves these. She hasn’t quite got the hang of them yet but she spends a few minutes here and there giving it a shot. They seem very sturdy and I’m happy with them.

My 10-year-old granddaughter had asked for stilts as a birthday present! Apparently, her school has stilts the students can use in PE. She found for me online the brand she wanted! WOW! What a hit they were!!! She took right off on them, as did her sister (16) and her brother (13)!🙂 I am so glad I purchased aluminum rather than steel! Great gift!!!!

My 7 year old grandson learned to stilt-walk quickly and is enjoying it. My 5 year old granddaughter hasn't really tried her stilts yet. My 13 year old would love to try them, but she is too heavy and would need adult stilts which are expensive. Seem to be well-made, but too soon to really know how durable they are.

These were fantastic my granddaughter loved them, great fun, great quality. Al the children at her birthday party wanted a go!
