Self cure without medical intervention.
Last year I got a deep puncture wound on the soul of my right foot. As it healed it formed a lump about the size of a two pence piece under my foot and it was painful to walk on. It felt like there was a constant pebble in my shoe. I went to my GP who sent me for an MRI scan to make sure there was nothing left in wound and the verdict was that it was just "tissue granulation ". They sent me to a podiatrist who scraped some of the skin away and made a special insert for the shoes I wore that day for that foot where he had stuck a piece of foam under the insert with a hole cut in so the lump would sit I the hole. Hardly a remedy or a cure . I was sent a spare insert but realised as those shoes which I was wearing, day in day out for comfort, wouldn't last forever and neither would the insert. I knew i couldn't rely on the NHS and would have to take matters into my own hands. After researching a bit on the net, I bought these plasters. I have worn half a plaster every day since around 5th June. Changing it every morning.Pus began coming out the wound about 2 weeks ago and I think there had been an infection there all this time but the plasters have finally helped to draw it out. The skin is now much flatter and smoother and the lump almost but not quite flat. I will continue using them until it is.The pain in my foot has gone from 8 to 1.I fully recommend these.Little miracle patches!

Amazing for any skin tone
I've only had them for 1 day so unsure if they reduce the actual scar. However I'm so impressed with the actual coverage I had to jump on and write a review. I had quite a large suspicious pigment change removed unexpectedly so the scar I've been left with is huge. The first photo is without the patch. The 2nd is a side view with the patch on and the scar is almost completely hidden. The 3rd is with my hair down and front facing. I was worried about wearing this for possibly months while it worked but in fact I think it actually helps hide the scar. With a bit of concealer for my bruises it should hardly notice. I'm so pleased, even my freckles show through but the scar is hidden. There is a bit of crinkly on the edges but my photo is really zoomed in and that is hardly noticeable either. Once i practice and cut to size im hoping to overcone that too. I hope it works long term but in the meantime I'm extremely happy!! So anyone with unsightly scars, regaless of your skin tone I recommend these for coverage, a bonus might be they actually work! A bit pricey though.

Pleased with C section scar results
Started using this on my c section scar 2 weeks ago (at 8 weeks post op). My main concern with the scar was that it was depressed/sunken with skin ridges either side and some mild lumpiness in places.I have been massaging the scar gently from time to time and both issues have improved. I credit this plaster for helping to smooth the scar. I had a c section previously and didn’t use anything and I think this has helped speed up the healing/remodelling

Has improved the scar - I think
I’ve been using this on my daughters ‘new’ surgical scars, one of which is 3 months older than the other (one from august 2022 and the other nov 2022). I think it has noticeably lightened and flattened the older scar - to the point I am almost happy with it. I’m fairly confident that the scar wouldn’t look as healed as it already does without it, but that’s not to stay it looks mature either - but visibly improved at least. The newer scar has not changed but i suspect the body is still very much in an inflammatory stage of healing.I have just purchased a second box as I think it’s helping. They are hard to peel off but my 4 year old is copes just fine - just hold the skin down with one hand and peel back with the other. Or soak off in the bath.I cut the tape down to size with a sharp kids nail scissors and leave on for typically 2 days before changing and putting another one straight back on.They will peel off at the edges slightly if you put a cream/oil on your skin before applying them so don’t do that 🙂

Strongly recommend!
I rarely write reviews (actually unusre if I've done an Amazon one before...) but I bought these a couple of weeks ago and have been using them each evening. IIhad a bit of a nasty looking (but pretty superficial) scar through and above my eyebrow after a clumsy accident around 6 weeks ago.It was really upsetting to me so even though these aren't cheap, I bought them once the actual wound was healed because I figured this stuff probably works better the earlier you start and I didn't want to regret it for the sake of 20-odd quid.I noticed a difference within a couple of days (which blew my mind, really, as I found it hard to see how something like this could really do THAT much). My husband, who usually rolls his eyes at this kind of stuff because 'not everything needs some potion putting on it' has constantly been telling me how much better it is looking day-by-day.I can't comment on larger scars or worse injuries (fyi, mine looked bad but it was healed with only butterfly strips) but I would fully recommend these for similar issues to me.They stay on really well overnight and I just think they're brilliant. I'll be continuing to buy them as long as I'm noticing an improvement. Hope this helps someone who is on the fence! X
