We've had this for three days now, and my son and I have probably spent 8 hours trying to see who can balance on it longer. We're using my phone as a timer, and we're up to over 3 minutes. It's a good leg and glute workout, too.It's a solid build. The deck looks like plywood. It does flex a tiny bit under my weight (140 lbs) if I jump on it.My son has started using it to balance while doing hockey stick drills.UPDATE: It's been almost 2 months (received in late June, it's now early August) of pretty much everyday use, barefoot or with socks, on carpeted floors. The roller is covered in a felt like material, and it has started to rip in a few places. The board is still solid, but the top is covered in a non-skid material (similar to skate board decks). That material has started to chip away in some places.

Started lasting less than 10 secs and now I can stand up to 5 minutes within less than a month- Great as an alternate workout exercice, usually do it to rest between reps. Very entertaining

This balance board has stayed a fixture in our living room since Christmas and the whole family has been having fun with it. It is great exercise and fun to try to do tricks on. Very sturdy. We like that the end of the board has a piece underneath too that keeps it from rolling all the way.

Roller cracked as soon as we got it. Both people that ride it are below weight limit. The roller is now oblong but it still works. Ya get what you pay for. Solid buy.

It’s quite a task getting up and balanced. But since growing accustomed to the sensation, I’ll stand on this while doing full arm/upper-body dumbbell routines. I’m noticing more gains in quicker time with better definition than before. And whereas just lifting won’t always make me sweat fast, this gets me pouring like a faucet even if using a lower weight.

It's exactly what it looks like, it's built well, and when you think of the time it would take to build your own it's a fair price. I'm very happy with mine, it shipped quickly and has been a blast to use.

The board came the next day and I was surprised by how great the quality was. Tons of fun for the whole family.

I like it, helps balance, but be prepared for the ends to fall off and you have to glue them back on almost right away. Prolly better made ones out there.
