Q: Did anyone who ordered these batteries get batteries and packaging that clearly said Pre-Charged Rechargeable?

No. Package did not say precharged. Had to charge the batteries before use.

Q: Ard they rated for 1.2 or 1.5 volts

ONE PACK ALREADY OPENED

Received the two packs I ordered, however one pack had been opened and all six batteries were loose in the box. There is no way the pack could have opened in shipment, because the plastic had been ripped almost completely from the cardboard pack. Afraid these might have been used.

I use these for my xbox controllers. They work great, very good quality and life. They look a lot like normal batteries, and my family throws them away sometimes in confusion though.
