A goood budget sleeping bag for all
This is a very nice bag for the price, for most prices actually. It is high quality, the zipper never has any issues. I've used it in the recommended temps and also below them and have stayed comfortable through many nights in cars and outdoors. I think for people getting into backpacking, or camping who want a decently "ultralight" sleeping bag, this is a very good option. It's not the smallest or the lightest, but it works for tall people (i'm 6'3), and it keeps you warm. It is very easy to pack back into the stuff sack, and it wicks water away pretty well. Throw it in your car would be a good idea. I'd buy again in a different color next time, if they have it.

Great for cuddly couples
Bought two of these for the zip together feature. My spouse and i like to holiday in public use cabins now and then, and part of the appeal of a holiday in the middle of nowhere is getting close (wink wink) so we don't want to be sequestered in separate sleeping bags. It's tough to find reasonably priced, light and warm bags that zip together, which is why i took a chance ordering these. Because we stay in cabins (usually with wood stoves), we don't have to worry about temps below freezing and we are sheltered from rain/snow and elevated above the cold ground. It's fancier than backpacking, but sometimes we have to hike there and we want a light, compact bag and not a fat polyester car camping bag. So these bags hit our sweet spot and i'm really happy with them. They puff up quick and go back in the stuff sack easily. They're comfortably warm, probably fine to about 40F even for the cold blooded, and the down filling feels generous and even. When you slip into the bag, it feels like a warm cloud. The two zippers (one for the foot area, another for the side from knee to shoulder) is genius because we can zip the footbox to lock the bottom of the bags together, but we each have control of our side venting and the zipper won't get undone too far and then you're groping around at the bottom of the bag to yank it back up. The tapered shape is perfect, with plenty of foot room without the excess bulk of a straight rectangle. My spouse is 6' and we both fall in the L/XL size range (we are not backpacker skinny) and the bags don't feel tight, or like we are too squished. The bags lack some of the features of top tier bags like a zipper baffle, or a softer lining fabric, but it feels like those were weight choices and not because the manufacturer cheaped out. The bag fabric is the same inside and out, and it's a little plasticy and rustly and can be sticky on bare skin. But it is a quality lightweight coated fabric and the feathers do not poke through. Some of the reviews mentioned a smell but ours didn't have that issue.Overall i am very pleased with the bags and i think the value is amazing. To get the same quality and features we'd probably pay triple the cost at the three letter outdoor store.

It is a summer weight bag
Got this and a Nature Hike CW280 to test out. This is a good bit wider than the cw280. Warmth is about the same of both with a slight edge to the CW280. May be 3-5 degrees warmer... May be. But it is an 800 (CW) fill as opposed to 600. Both pack really small (edge to CW,it is physically smaller) and the stuff sack for this one is way more robust than the nature hike. I've tried both and 50 degrees is about the limit for comfort in just a tee shirt and sweats and I'm a warm sleeper. Obviously with a liner, thermals, ect this will change. The CW does have softer fabric and this has an almost plastic feel to it. I thought I was going to hate it but it is actually quite comfortable. Guna keep the CW280 for the emergency bag and this one for summer camping

Outstanding for it’s intended purpose
Just used this on a three day AT hike with windy evenings down to the mid 40s. This bag was everything I hoped it would be. Warm enough two nights standalone and warm enough the coldest night with a base layer on. If your focus is a balance of warmth/pack weight/reasonable cost after years of searching this is one of the best I’ve found. It’s comfortable and not too noisy, packs small and weighs less than other bags I’ve used in this type weather, and held up to my dog and I being our usual destructive selves. Definitely worth a look.

Lightweight blanket for warm nights.
This sleeping bag was exactly what I was looking for.I'm a big fan of down, can't beat the stuff. This bag is very light and feels durable. The zippers are quality.I have Western mountaineering sleeping bags for winter and fall but found myself getting to warm in the spring and summer especially with the bug net zipped. " Hammock "The fact that this bag can quickly become a blanket is super nice and much cooler sleep. The build quality and price for down insulation.......5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
