i was looking for this set for my nephew he was talking about this set so i looked on amazon and there it was so i decided to order the set and he just loved it and to tell the truth it was the correct set that he was speaking of so thank you so very much

This product was perfect for my son's Alamo project. There were some broken figures that were missing their plastic stands. This is the only reason for the 4 stars.

There are certainly not 55 soldiers in this set. 12 Texans and 22 Mexicans. But most of them are repeats. Only 5 different Texan soldiers, and 5 different Mexicans as well. Also very cheaply made. Checking about a return.

Exactly what I was looking for. It's the dark plastic version. These figures are however in need of work themselves. (not the seller's fault unless they are the makers of the product themselves) Quite a bit of extra plastic to shave and cut off. But besides that, awesome! The bagged in original package was shipped in a sturdy box (Thank you! Not shipped in a envelope or the like) It took about a week and the price was fair considering their rarity in comparison to Civil War soldiers. Thank you, will buy again.

Very fun Alamo figures with nice detail on the faces. My son is so happy he can see his favorite characters like Jim Bowie and Davey Crockett since he can create imaginitive scenes of the Alamo battle and use the figures to make his own scenes...(for a 7 yr. Old boy this is fantastic)

Fun play set with figures of Davy Crockett, Col Travis and Jim Bowie. Pretty sturdy plastic.
