Not a terrible product but not great either. For this price, I didn't expect anything amazing, and it's not.The pros :- Price- Easy to put together- Looks good from across the roomThe cons :- The faux leather has ripples in it, as in, there's a bit of extra material so it doesn't look quite right- Not too comfortable- The wheels catch a bit so it doesn't roll smoothly.

I loved this stool the first 6 months. Then it became (metal scraping) noisy and slowly became louder. I use this stool for 3-7 hours a day 3-6 days a week doing massage therapy. So the noise became annoying. I continued to use this because I spent so much money on the stool. The latest issue is for some reason the hydraulic system stopped working. Now I’m stuck on the lowest setting and there’s an additional metal clicking sound. I bought this in 2016. I’m rather disappointed. I’d like to have the option to fix it but not sure how.

This stool arrived damaged with a plastic piece cracked and there packaging damaged. Out of necessity I used the chair because I didn't have time to return and wait for a replacement. This plastic piece was also more cosmetic covering the metal legs of the stool so it is not integral to the stool functioning. However there is a clicking sounds that happens most ever time I sit in the chair. Like a metal piece that is suddenly locking in place. Sometimes it is quiet and other times very loud which is super disruptive to the work I do. Overall disappointed although the size of the seat and padding on the seat is nice. Would not buy again. Perhaps I just received a defective stool??

I couldn't believe that I was able to assemble this stool in about 5 minutes - with no special tools and easily done. The seat is quite large and the hydraulics operate smoothly. It's perfect for my needs. Would recommend it without question.

okay, but that's it. Seat doesn't set level. But serves its purpose.

Great stool for the price. The pad is a bit tough, probably just need to break it in. The size of the stool is bigger than I expected and unfortunately it does not go lower - which makes it tough for me to use with my low desk setup. But otherwise, good product for price.

Bought this for my granddaughters' vanity table. Stool is a lot bigger than expected.
