Only engraving but no refill/jotter inside pen, so you can either gift the pen without refill or go make it usable by filling one in. It gets even more annoying when you realize that none of the standard jotter refills seem to fit in the pen. It was a waste of money for us to give a gift which the person cannot use straightaway.The sellers should have the "common sense" to fill in a compatible refill in the pen and then dispatch the order. Trust me guys people don't mind paying a pound or 2 extra that saves them the hassle of making the pen usable by finding a compatible refill for the pen ! You will get much more sales if you do so. For us, it was a pain and the quality of engraving etc was out of the window.
