I like this neck roll! The reason I gave it 3stars is that it is a bit thick and places my head in a forward position. I was hoping it would be a bit thinner since my issue is my cervical vertebrae and if I use this bolster for more than 5 minutes my neck hurts. However, having said that if it was a little less plump and a bit longer I think I’d be in heaven.

This was something I sent to my son in the Airforce. When he would face time us, he always looked uncomfortable with his neck laying in bed. He actually uses it all the time and says it fits the crook of his neck perfectly. The scent is a nice break from everything else. Lol! Surprised at how a little pillow can give a little bit of comfort.

So Far so good. When I ordered this Neck Pillow I also ordered a rubberized neck cradle. Although I misplaced the information sheets that came with the Herbal Pillow it works worlds better than the Rubberized one. I'm hoping that when I DO FIND the information sheets for the Herbal pillow I will be useing it even more. Super Item. Thanks MUCH!!

The neck pillow was just as advertised. As long as one realizes this is NOT a wrap pillow, you will be very please. It holds heat well.

I love the smell of this neck pillow. My only disappointment is that it isn't longer. It is just a bit longer than your neck, so hard to side lie with support.

I like it. Smells great, but is a lot smaller than what I expected. Bought for me (an adult), but might be better suited for kids. Will still use though.

I really like this neck pillow! It fits perfectly in the crook of my neck, the firmness is just right, and the light lavender scent is soothing. I haven't tried cooling/heating it yet. Happy with my purchase. I may order the eye mask next.

I'm not thrilled with the smell but it works.
