The product was gritty and stayed gritty even after warmed to body temperature. Gave my GF a huge rash. Amazon refused a refund after only having the product for a week. Stay away and find a better product.

First thing, please ignore the reviews that say this is gritty or like sand paper. I am pretty sure that is the beeswax in the product. Whatever it is, it melts at body temperature and is wonderfully smooth once warmed by your body.2nd, I bought this based on a recommendation from womans-health dot com slash best-anal-lube. What really stood out to me on this site compared to pretty much every other site for recommending anal lubes, is that they clearly state why they don't recommend ANY water based lubes for back door action.I am a middle aged straight man who in the last year started to experiment with prostate massage and bought myself a silicone vibrating prostate toy. When I 1st started, I was using Astro Glide since it was my go to and had always worked great for me in the past for masturbation. I was NOT disappointed, this was a complete game changer. Put some lube on the toy, get some in the back door, and I have not needed any re-application even after 20-30 minutes. Again, a complete game changer. It made it sooo much more enjoyable. I normally have about 8 insanely intense orgasms during that 20-30 minutes, at which time I have to stop because I am just so utterly spent. Decided to write this as I am about to buy my 2nd tube. ;)

It’s quite a nice product other than the gritty texture. It feels like little grains of sand. They do melt down over time but it takes a while. This texture may be a positive thing for extra stimulation, but not great for reducing friction.

My wife loves it. Watch out for the grains, but otherwise a good, natural feel.

As others have mentioned, there is a slightly grainy feel to this, but it doesn't last very long. The feel is somewhat smooth, but it doesn't last as long as I would've hoped. No stickiness or peeling, but the overall consistency just doesn't stick the way that it should, especially given the cost. I don't think I'll go back to using this. It's okay at best, but not good enough for reliable, consistent use.

It’s runnier not together as it should be. It’s melted just like it out of date or to warm before shipping, the one before this one was the same. It’s runnie like baby oil.
