Very aromatic. Full leaf. Happy with the quality! Can’t find the fresh leaves anywhere. Love to make curry with it. Restaurant quality.

These add flavor no doubt and when you open the bag bam you are reminded of how good these are , get you some.

Great per oz value. Maybe nature of dried leaves but lots of broken bits. Still a majority in good shape so still better than others.

Mostly crushed and broken leaves, less than 5 whole leaves in the bag. Most are too small for my cooking, I use whole leaves for flavor then remove before serving, specially when entertaining. I will not be able to use crumbs and small broken pieces.

Use these often. Great smell and flavor.

I moved to Texas almost 20 years ago and have missed the huge Asian grocery stores in San Diego! I was a classically trained chef and would go back to San Diego to purchase ingredients while visiting family. When I ran out of ingredients I would go to curry pastes(hate premade foods) since I couldn’t get the ingredients so, I basically quit making Thai food but finding out I can get the ingredients here I’m back, same with Indian foods.

It's a nice big bag. They aren't the prettiest ones I've ever seen but I don't really think that matters. You just put them into a stew or Curry or whatever to get the flavor out of them and they get absorbed in the sauce. I think it's a very good value
