Introduce a bold and authentic citrus aroma to your dishes with Deliamor Dried Kaffir Lime Leaf – a premium-grade herb carefully harvested, dried, and packaged to preserve its unique flavor and fragrance. Whether you're crafting an authentic Thai green curry, a spicy Indonesian rendang, or a refreshing Southeast Asian soup, Deliamor brings you the finest quality kaffir lime leaves straight from nature. Kaffir lime leaves come from the Citrus hystrix plant, a type of wild lime native to Southeast Asia. These deep green, glossy leaves are highly aromatic, rich in essential oils, and prized for their intensely citrusy, slightly spicy fragrance that is unlike any other herb in the world. Unlike other citrus leaves, kaffir lime leaves have a double-lobed, hourglass shape, which makes them easy to identify and a signature in traditional Asian recipes. The unique flavor profile includes notes of lime zest, lemongrass, and subtle floral undertones, making it a core ingredient in many Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, Cambodian, and Vietnamese dishes. It's not just a seasoning — it’s an identity of flavor that defines an entire region of cuisine. Review: Delicious! - I've never used lime leaves before and these were great! I steeped them in my soup using a tea infuser so I could take them out as the leaf veins are very woody. They smell like fruit loops the moment you open the package! I am very happy with these and will definitely be finding more uses for lime leaves so I can reorder soon! Review: Sweet Lime leaves for Indian recipe to re-grow hair - My brother-in-law is from India. The age-old hair oil that is used in India includes sweet lime leaves. (Kaffir). These leaves are dried. They smell great! I got quality leaves for a good price. This is the first time that o am making the hair oil, so I’m not sure how it is going to work. I will write an update after we start using it!

No smell, no flavor!
This was my first purchase of dried leaves. Formerly I bought fresh or frozen leaves in West Palm Beach. The entire bag has less aroma then one, double leaflet of fresh or frozen leaves. Begrudgingly I cooked with them twice. There is no detectable taste or aroma after cooking, usually you get the strong taste when removing the leaves from your mouth, sorry to be gross. I will try to find fresh in Michigan, might be too risky to try dried again. These are of no use, will pitch them or scatter outside.

Damages?
Someone opened my package taped it back together, opened the item and tried to glue it back together, it looked full and not tampered with but other than that product quality is good

Good value but lots of broken bits
Great per oz value. Maybe nature of dried leaves but lots of broken bits. Still a majority in good shape so still better than others.
