I bought this padded stool to use for support during yoga. It’s designed as a footstool and works well for that as well. I wasn’t quite sure how big it would be but it is a sufficient size. 11 in.² and a little over a foot diagonally.When delivered, you will thread in the hardwood feet by hand into the metal fittings (no tools required) and apply non-skid stickers to the bottom of them. The cover is already applied, but is removable for washing and cleaning. Overall , a quality product, and recommended.

This alone made me give the stool 5 stars for the price. I’m stoked about that! Easy to clean also!!! ~Overall this footrest is a good buy for the price. It looks simple and cute and gets the job done. I wish there was a bit more padding on the top though. For its size, it is sturdy (it is not meant to stand on, but I’ll admit I have used it to reach high shelves and it holds my weight just fine).Installation: legs just twist into the stool top. Takes 3 minutes to put together!

Very sturdy and easy to put together

The media could not be loaded. Very easy to assemble. The taupe color is nice and neutral and VERY CLOSELY matched the gliding rocker chair I have in “Taupe” from a “big box store” meant for babies. The photo may not look so close, but in reality the difference is almost not noticeable.I have sat on it (at over 155 lbs) in the middle (not on the edge) and had no issue, I DID NOT try tipping it while sitting on it. It’s meant for just my feet while in the chair. I don’t know what other reviewers were doing when they busted theirs… I would NOT try standing on it as I don’t feel it’s large enough to be stable and with rounded feet I feel it tips easy.The cushion on top is minimal and so my only complaint is that if I leave my feet resting for a prolonged period on my heels on this stool, I have aches in my feet. But that could just be me.

Love this! Perfect for taking off shoes before walking on the carpet. Deep, sturdy cushion. I may get another one!

Good price for it but it's small (barely room for your two feet and a little more room on each side).

We love this stool. It has the perfect amount of padding and is a great height to sit on while doing something on the floor, or to stand on when reaching something. Also works to rest feet on. Would purchase again. Also, stylish and aesthetically pleasing to keep out in the living room.

Perfect small stool, well made, easy to put together. Great stepping stool for my senior cat.
