I have pretty painful planter fasciitis and my feet hurt when I walk and run. I started using the yoga toes in addition to rolling my arches on a Rubz foot massager. The combination has worked wonders! I noticed an immediate reduction in pain, although I still have some. These yoga toes are a little weird to put on, but they are not uncomfortable. You can tell they are stretching the feet, but it doesn't' pull or hurt. I wear them at the end of the day before going to bed for about 30 minutes to an hour. Initially, I thought "I can stretch my own toes," but after constant foot issues and tightness, I decided to try different things. I'm so glad I did b/c these work wonders.

these are too BIG; not only with the big toe holes, but the spread that it makes you do with your toes... you need to design a smaller version to start with.

These are way too big? The space for the big toe is comically big? Unless you are a size 13+ in men's shoes I don't recommend

We have plantar fasciitis in the family and this is a smart product for that. Even if you don't have foot pain, they're useful for painting nails, though not nearly as easy to remove as split toe placers for pedicures. I was hoping they would work for my 12 year old daughter after ballet & gymnastics, but even though she's an adult size 7 shoe, this one size fits all didn't. They were so huge on her that her baby toe didn't even reach the hole. So, if your feet are on the small size or you have shorter toes, this may be a bit too much of a stretch! These toe stretchers must be made for a giant! There is no way a normal foot can use all the toe openings ...ever. They are just too far apart and while the gel-like construction sounds comfortable, the stretcher itself is thick and cumbersome.

As long as you don't have toddler's toes these will fit you fine. Yes the big toe hole is too big, but you using it to get the distance between your toes. Ive had better movement in my toes and less foot pain.

Really helps relieve muscle issues in my feet. Simple and easy to clean.

The complaints that this is on the large side are correct, they are only slightly too big for my men's size 12(DDD) feet (women's size equivalent would be 14, I believe)Made in China; origin China
