This 'build yourself' blue tooth speaker is simply amazing! It was a lot of fun to put together with knowing that it was something you built all by yourself. The instructions were very comprehensive and easy to understand. The materials are very sturdy and of exceptional quality. And the sound is absolutely superior for a speaker of its size. It's crystal clear even when turned all the way up. The compact size of this speaker makes it perfect to place anywhere when you need a little music in your life. I highly recommend it for all ages from 9 to 99.

Bought for 7yr old niece. Helped put together. Simple instructions easy to follow. Surprised by the sound quality and loudness. Will get one for myself.

Works fine, but parts of it are kind of small. We struggled to get things aligned to screw in the parts. This might prove difficult for a small child. Still, it was a fun little project for me and my kid to put together and it works as advertised.

My 12 yr old son was able to assemble it himself.

Got this for my niece for the holidays! She is 10 and was able to assemble most of it on her own, with a little help from Dad. Her audiophile father said “ It sounds pretty good for a basic speaker ” which is high praise coming from him! Definitely worth considering!

Loud works good easy to build

Great sound and educational. So why the low rating, the amount of work needed to make it work. There was no continuity of circuit in the positive (red) wire attached to the on-off switch. The paper says that if I have a problem I should contact the company and my problem would be fixed in 24 hours. However, there was no contact information - doh? I initially thought about returning the device but I really wanted it for my weekend project so figured probably easier and less time to fix - not true. I had to pry out the positive metal piece from battery compartment, desolder, re-solder, and re-install the metal component. So setting it up proved more difficult than I imagined. I also hate the fact that there is no cover on the battery pack. Hey it works now, I like the sound, wish it was a little smaller

Grandson loves it. Wasn't much after he unwrapped it, it was pur together. It actually worked with various BT devices. Volume was loud enough for me
