I am just getting into speedcubing, and this is my first speedcube. There are a lot of different suggestions as to what is the best cube on the market, and I was really confused about what cube would work for me. If you are also feeling overwhelmed in the research process of trying to find a great cube for a great price, BUY THIS ONE!! I think that overall, this is one of the best quality beginner cubes regardless of the price, and is also a cube that can grow with you through different modifications. If you are more advanced, I think that this cube is still a must-have in any collection, especially for the price. It works as a great practice cube if you have a more expensive cube that you don't want to use all the time, or as a cube that you can build off of. Obviously, any speed cube is already an upgrade from a Rubik's brand cube, and I expected this cube to be immediately better than the Rubik's cube I already have. But WOW is there a difference. It is like night and day. I literally can't even believe I was using the Rubik's cube before. This cube turns smoothly and moves fast. The cube is also really flexible and corner cuts so well. The layers really snap into place, and overall make solving a much easier process. I really like that you can adjust the cube to your own preferences, and the tools included in the box make this super easy. One side note that I see a lot of people talking about within the reviews is the slight spring noise you get when turning sometimes. I definitely can hear the noise in my cube sometimes when I turn some layers really slow, but when doing fast algorithms or different combinations at a high speed I can hardly hear it. If you know that this is something that is going to bother you, then I would maybe be wary of buying this cube. But, I have heard that there are some solutions to at least quieting the noise. For this being the only downside to such an amazing cube, I think it might be something you should look past. Overall, this cube absolutely lives up to all of the hype surrounding it. From beginner to advanced cuber, this is a must-have for its price!

For the price, it is a great cube. It’s a magnetic cube and to find one at this price is extremely rare. I loved it. I still use it super durable. Really smooth for what it is and I probably will buy it again as a gift or just to have another one. I really like this product if I could give it a six out of five if I would.

I bought this as my first puzzle cube and for its price, it worked perfectly well and was very nice quality. To my knowledge it has some solid higher end speed cubing features like good corner-cutting and adjust-ability. Made learning how to solve a 3x3 for the first time really fun.

If played in warm lighting, it is very hard to see what is yellow and what is white. This is a problem many cubes have, but I was hoping this cube would be different. Other than that, it's an amazing cube for an amazing price. My newest idea is to use yellow sharpie. My past efforts have included yellow paint and office labels.

I don't speed cube or anything, but this is a nice, ultra smooth cube. It feels quick and well put together. I just like fidgeting with it next to my desk. It was pretty cheap, so it does everything I could possibly want.

I bought this 3x3 cube for my 8-year-old, who recently learned to solve a Rubik’s Cube. She started with a regular cube and could solve it in about 9 minutes. After switching to this speed cube, her time dropped to under 2 minutes! She absolutely loves it. Also , was easy to fix it when she dropped. The colors are bright, it’s easy to handle, and the speed is fantastic. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking to improve their solving time. Highly recommend! I’m already planning to buy a 2x2 cube for her next.

The Moyu RS3M is amazing for the price. Great smooth turning, especially for a budget cube. I would recommend putting lube in it, as out of the box it does feel a little bit dry. There’s a bit of crunchiness when you turn really fast. I don’t really know if I like this or not. For your 13 dollars, you get the cube, a screwdriver for tensioning, a little twisty thing to change the spring compression, and a nice little stand. For a budget cube, there are a lot of customization options. When you get the cube out of the box, you may notice a pretty bad spring noise. To fix this you have to lube the core. First, you should use the screwdriver you got to unscrew the screw all the way, so it comes out of the cube. Next put some lube (I suggest lubicle black) around the little washer and the bottom of the screw. (Do not use water based lube, as this may cause rusting problems) screw it all back in and repeat for each side. It might be easier to watch a video for this, as it does get a little bit complicated. Overall, this is a great cube. I would definitely recommend this, whether you are a beginner who just learned how to solve the cube, to a seasoned speedcuber.
