All good so far!!
Good little pump with just enough power to get the flow right for our aquarium filter. Also compact in size. Seems reasonably quiet hopefully it will last but only time will tell? Good value for money.

Great little pump
*update*one of my ramshorn snails got his head stuck in the inlet grill and died, pulling him out was... Really unpleasant. I've put the pump in a filter media mesh bag now so hopefully won't happen again but they're attracted to all the gunk that accumulates there. Put in a mesh bag if you have very tiny fish or other critters you don't want getting stuck in there Original review So far so good, I used the smaller attachment which fits a standard hose pipe and the water pressure is really good. Came with a UK plug, 5m cord, no set up required just choose the nossle, attach to whatever hose or fountain or other outlet being used, put the pump in the water and switch on.

Cracking little pump for a very small price.
For the money didn't expect much, but in use what a cracking little pump. Had a solar powered filter and pump that only worked when the sun was shining so even in this great summer wasn't really working most of the time as the filter needs constant flow. Saw this and reviews and thought for the money give it a go. So impressed, slipped in filter no issues, the fittings to make the fountain head fit, great, one slotted straight on. Popped in the mini pool and instant fountain, no fuss, just works, its adjustable if you need to control flow rate to. Its not Niagara Falls, its for small applications, remember this, like the small ornamental pool we have, it's perfect. How long it works in constant use, time will tell, but the water is starting to clear, suggests filter is kicking in, at the price it's worth a go.

Dissapointing
Dissapointing. Not convinced it would pump 150l an hour to be honest. But it certainly did pump and work and for the cost of it it seemed pretty reasonable. Sent it back

Compact, quiet pump with solid flow—ideal for aquariums, hydroponics, and water features.
🧪 First Look Picked this up for a small pond feature and backup aquarium flow—wanted something quiet, compact, and easy to stash. Straight out the box, it’s lightweight and cleanly built. The ABS housing feels solid, and the 4 suction cups grip tight to glass or plastic—no drift or rattle. Comes with 3 nozzle options for different flow styles. Plugged it in and got instant movement—no priming needed. The 1.83m power cord gives decent reach, and the pump’s footprint is small enough to tuck behind rocks or decor. 🧰 Real-World Use ✅ Used in a 60L tank and a small water feature—flow stayed consistent ✅ Ultra quiet—barely audible even in a silent room ✅ Adjustable flow knob—easy to dial in the pressure ✅ No clogging after a week of use—handled light debris fine ✅ Easy to clean—tool-free disassembly for quick rinse Also tested it with a solar backup and timer—no issues. Lift height hit around 75cm, enough for a small cascade or raised outlet. 👍 Pros ✅ 350L/H flow rate—ideal for small to medium setups ✅ Ultra quiet motor—great for indoor use ✅ 3 nozzle options—customise your flow ✅ Strong suction cups—stays put ✅ Easy to clean and adjust—no tools needed 👎 Cons ❌ Not for large ponds—limited lift and flow ❌ No filter sponge included—add one for dirty setups ❌ Plastic nozzles—watch for cracks under pressure ❌ No dry-run protection—don’t run it empty 🧭 Final Verdict If you want a compact, quiet pump that’s easy to install and built for small water setups, the BARST 350L/H earns its spot. I’ve tested it across aquariums, hydroponics, and pond features—no drama, just clean flow and proper control. Good stash-ready gear for anyone who wants their water movement sorted without the faff.

Saves carrying watering cans
I got this pump to pump water from water butts that fill quickly into water butts that fill slowly . It,s not quick but it does the job . I also used it to pump water from water butts round the garden during the hose pipe ban . instead of carrying watering cans . I,m pleased with it for the jobs I want it to do.
