My first one lasted 7 years
And then it started dripping. The cartridge is not serviceable and don't listen to the reviews. There is no O ring in it so it can't be fixed with one. Since my 3,000 dollar countertop was drilled for it, I bought another. My Delta multi-function faucet next to it works just fine. Use at own risk. The sellers are no help at all, don't bother emailing them. They don't back up this product. The cartridge is a cheapo plastic unit that can't be worth 5 buck so there is no excuse. The shipping from China probably costs more than this unit is worth.

Solid Faucet
We purchased this faucet to replace a standard Watts-style filtered water faucet that was showing its age. The installation went fairly smoothly, though it was a bit tricky with the supplied hardware. Fortunately, the previous faucet had a split washer that fit the large-ish standard hole in the sink and could slide on after all of the other hardware was in place. I'd recommend having a helper to hold the faucet from the top while tightening it down in place, as it was challenging as a single person job.The faucet itself is very solid and well-made. For us, the big thing was that it shut off with no drips afterwards (the old one, as mentioned, was a bit worn and had its own special shutoff procedure, involving a witch doctor and a secret handshake). It looks great. Once caveat is to ensure that it will fit in your current setup. This one is an inch taller and sticks out farther than our old one. The faucet swings easily out of the way when that becomes an issue. It's a minor annoyance, but I could see where it might be a bigger issue in a different setup.**UPDATE - 12/15/12**After a few months with the faucet, it continues to delight (seriously, you can't imagine how irritating the old one was). The witch doctor has been granted early retirement. Swinging the faucet out of the way has actually been useful when we have big pans to wash or a sink full of dishes. We recently rented a vacation house with a very similar looking faucet made of plastic. The difference in sturdiness and feel was noticeable to us--the plastic one felt very cheap, while ours has a very solid feel to it.

Great quality faucet - poor water line connecting hardware
The faucet looks high quality, feels high quality, and works perfectly. The water is delivered into my glass a good rate. I have my setup where the water comes from a commercial quality Everpure water filter. I like drinking filtered water from a glass instead of a plastic bottle. I drink more water that way. I did not want a big water cooler taking up space and wanted to stop buying jugs of water, so the faucet works great for my needs. It was not too difficult to hook up once I had the correct parts. They do not provide all of the parts necessary for the connection and the parts that are provided are not that great (some plastic parts). Luckily I had the compression nut that I needed and the water line that I needed. The instructions for connecting it are on the box and are adequate. Looked at the pictures a couple of times, but it is not that difficult to hook up. The hardest part is becoming a contortionist to work in the cabinet under the sink. If you are looking for a nice drinking faucet, this is the one, just get your own water line connecting hardware.

It works when it works
Purchased one of these faucets several years ago for use with a water filter application. It looks good and worked fine until it started leaking. The leak became so bad very quickly that the faucet could not be turned off. Shut off the water supply and ordered a new one (I liked the way it looked and there is no replaceable parts to repair). The latest one looks like the previous faucet except the handle is now made of plastic. When this one finally fails (it will) I will look for a Moen or Delta at 3 times the cost.

If you are looking for a good solidly constructed faucet I would recommend this one
If you are looking for a good solidly constructed faucet I would recommend this one. I've been using this faucet for 2 1/2 years and it recently started to drip. After reading other reviews I became concerned since some of the comments indicated that it couldn't be repaired. The faucet construction isn't different than any other single handle faucet. Just remove the handle and what I'll call the packing nut. Reinstall the handle and, turning counterclockwise, remove the cartridge. In my case the fix was simple. After removing the cartridge I discovered that some sediment or charcoal from the filter was the culprit. I cleaned and reinstalled the assembly and the drip was gone. This problem could have occurred with any faucet. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the fact that when I purchased it there were no assembly instructions or parts breakdown included.

It drips and drips
Faucet looks great and that is why we replaced the inexpensive unit that came with our filter system. The inexpensive unit (chrome plated) worked perfectly with no leaks. I wish I could say the same about this new unit. After it is turned off, it continues to drip. I was told by the seller to measure the drips, and to do it all night. Apparently, they don't believe it is doing more than slowly relieving the hydrostatic pressure caused by the curvature of the spout. All the faucets have similar design and some drips continue for a few minutes, then stop. Ours keeps going night and day, and this is supposedly a brand new unit. I am reading other reviews here that say after one or two years they get a drip, but not right out of the box!I am trying to return this and get a better unit. What is so complicated about a simple valve?

Hardware is lacking
I would have given it 5 stars if it were not for having to use my own hardware to install. The "small" rubber washer is TOO big to install where the instructions say, it would need to be trimmed but plumbers putty worked well instead of the washer and it at least can't be seen. The other washers metal and plastic one are also TOO small if you happen to have the larger opening in a granite counter-top like I do if you have the smaller 1/2" or so hole you should be fine. Other than these issues the faucet looks and performs well thus-far.
