These are awesome
Love my Xpandasox. I have advanced bi-lateral Lymphedema & wear these over my compression garments. I do have to split the back spandex panel and add about 7" of my own fabric, but that's because my legs are really large. The Xpandasox hold up really well, wash well and look nice. Well worth the $$ for the socks.

Too Short
Xpandasox are supposed to be for wide calves, but some people have LONG legs too. There are no Xpandasox that are long enough for me, so I won't buy again.

Not suitable for lymphedema.
These socks aren't for people with lymphadema legs for a couple of reasons: the inset knit is applied with a thick surger seam that irritates puffy legs. The ankle doesn't stretch sufficiently, causing a painful tournecut effect - if you can get them on at all.

LOVE THESE SOCKS
Finally, socks that actually fit and are comfortable! I have a total of three pairs of these socks and love them, however, I also purchased the "sport" socks, and that pair doesn't stay up, they keep falling down.

NEED COMPRESSION STOCKINGS DESPERATELY
I have big calves and they came almost over them but then rolled all the way down when I walked. Wish they would have came all the way over my calf and maybe that would not have happened. If that problem was fixed I would buy a million pairs. Yes I am a big person I know that but is it too much to ask for something that can go to 26" at least for a calf and longer PLEASE.

These are very comfortable and stayed up for most of the day
These are very comfortable and stayed up for most of the day. I went on a quick walk in the evening, though, and the sustained walking at a quicker pace required me to keep pulling them up. I am having better results with Women's Celeste Stein Printed Mild Compression Wide Calf Knee High Stockings, but those are twice the price.

Disappointed
These socks are nice in quality and go all the way up the calf to the knee, however, for me, they were a little large around the circumference and kept sliding down. My calf is a plus size so perhaps they will fit better if you have genuine Lymphedema. I haven't tried washing them yet, perhaps they will tighten in the wash. Nice stocking though.
