The bands are helping me with my left shoulder which has been beaten down by the pandemic. I am now using a free uttube to exercise my arms and shoulder and I am pleased.

I use these bands to warm clients up prior to Pilates training sessions. The band snapped when a client was using it, shortly after I purchased it and only after a few uses, like the one I purchased prior.

This is a good quality exercise band with the right resistance for my arms. If you are a man or very strong woman you might want to get the extra strength one. I got it to go with an exercise dvd, but it comes with instructions for different exercises you can do with it too. I had one of those bands with handles before, and this one is easier to use and better quality, the resistance doesn't seem to wear out like the other one did. A good product!

I bought this because I needed something for rotator cuff exercises and wasn't sure where or what this stuff was called or where to buy it. There may be something better for rotator cuff, but for the purpose of the exercises, it is working well for me. There's plenty of length and the resistance is enough (if you need more, just double it up on itself). Nice that it packs flat and is good for travel compared to non-tape type bands.

I bought this for some basic home pilates exercises because I spend a lot of hours working at the computer. I bought this as a way to be able to get up for a bit and do some exercises when I don't have time to go to the gym. I'm really happy with this product - just the right amount of resistance strength - I might 'upgrade' to a stronger resistance at some point when this one starts to feel too easy, but it's definitely a great start. This is the first resistance band that I've bought and I'm really happy with this brand.

Came on time and as advertised. Works great for chair yoga.

The Stott band is more durable than most.The longer length enables a greater exercise repertoire.

Flexi band was as ordered and to the quality I expected.

I bought this band back in 2015. It's 2023 and it just ripped this year. I would def say that's value for money, and I'm buying another one. Here's to another 7 years!
