The media could not be loaded. I bought this for the 2nd time when the 1st one worked well for more than a year.The 2nd one was a faulty one(I come to know just in few weeks of using it) and had a manufacturer defect. The water purifier guy I called for to check confirmed this. Then since it has a 6 month warrenty, I contacted them and they first said this happened because of poor water quality which is not the case. Later, they asked me to courier it sahibabad (UP) while I stay in vizag(AP). Only this way they said they can help.But it's a such a hassle for me and also have to bear courier charges which is around 500rs. They don't have service centers in my city.Even if I courier it I don't think the brand customer service doesn't look promising in replacement so I just bought a new one through a guy since I am tired of going through that process. So I lost a 1000 bucks on this here.Anyways, what I suggest you is try to order items after checking whether the brand has service centers in your city or atleast if the brand's firm is located in your state.This is not just for this appliance but for anything that has warrenty. You may not see the stuggle behind while buying an item despite having warrenty it takes a hassle to claim and get replacement.
