Nicest wheat free pasta I have tried
I have tried various wheat free pastas (chickpeas, spelt etc) but they often don’t taste that good. The green lentil pasta is nice tasting and healthier than wheat pasta. I have reordered this a few times

Nutritious & delicious gluten free pasta!
This is great-tasting gluten free pasta; it’s made primarily from green lentil flour and pea flour so it’s higher in protein and fibre and much more nutritious than lots of the gluten free options out there made with corn or rice.I add it to already-boiling water and then simmer for 8 minutes for the perfect al dente texture. It keeps its shape so there’s no mush; the pasta does have a very slight tendency to stick together but not in great big clumps. Tastes (and looks) especially good with pale, creamy sauces or green pesto but any pasta sauce would work well. I find that the pasta itself has so much flavour that you could pair it with a fairly bland sauce and still end up with a decent dish. A bit expensive perhaps and not as high in protein as edamame pasta but if you're avoiding soy, lentil pasta's a good alternative; it's compatible with a broad range of healthy diets and reassuringly organic too.

A great alternative
Trying to reduce my carb intake, but a lover of pasta, I needed an alternative. Decided to try this green lentil penne pasta. What a pleasant surprise! Really tasty, quick to cook and I doubt most people would not realise that it wasn't normal pasta. Well worth trying.

Still has carbs BUT a lot of benefits
Taste is quite good with hint of lentil flavour. The positives it has A lot more protein than regular Pasta. However it alternatively also has the same or slightly higher carbs than my normal regular pasta brands. I ordered a 6pack and each pack can do 4 servings. So for around £16 (at the time of purchase ) you can potentially serve 24 meals. Also it cooks for my estimate 3-5 mins quicker than regular pasta and is gluten free with fibre so over all I'm very pleased with this product should all the nutritional benefits be accurate.

Not my taste
I was looking forward to trying this pasta and was unfortunately disappointed due to the rubbery texture and poor taste. It wouldn't be to my taste so i wouldn't be buying it again

Excellent pasta substitute
I love Italian food -- love to cook it, love to eat it. But at the moment I'm on a no carbs, no sugar diet so real pasta is a no no. However, I thought I'd investigate the plant-based variety since they're high in protein. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much but I was really most pleasantly surprised with the green lentil penne. Nice flavour (slight pea taste), good texture and with a pine nut and basil dressing, was actually delicious! Just one problem -- it's not cheap!

Tasty and healthy
I liked this green lentil pasta as I try to avoid flour.Hard to come by in supermarkets and found this brand via Amazon to be very reasonably priced. My third order was delayed which I expect is due to demand or the fact it is made in Switzerland but it did arrive though in two parcels which gives me the impression the supplier had to go to some trouble to gather my order together!I appreciate the excellent service.
