The shaker arrived well-packaged and in excellent condition. It is well-formed, attractive and appealing. The 1 oz./½ oz. jigger was an added pleasure. The lid on the shaker seats nicely on the cup, with no leaking, but it is not so firmly seated as to be difficult to remove; the same is true for the cap on the lid. The two halves of the jigger are securely spot-welded together, as is the perfectly functional strainer in the shaker lid. While not too heavy, the stainless steel is thick enough to withstand what I hope will be many years of use without denting or scratching, and (in contrast to some "stainless" products) appears to actually be impervious to pitting and corrosion. Overall, I think this is an excellent product at an excellent price, and I am considering buying several more as gifts for friends. JB

This is a wonderful cocktail shaker. I appreciated that the shaker itself was reasonably priced, seeing as we do not drink often in our house and did not feel the need for a top of the line cocktail shaker. The included jigger makes it much easier to measure and mix drinks. I like the built in strainer, although the holes are a little large and have let blackberry and raspberry seeds through, which isn't always pleasant to drink. The lid fits tightly and doesn't leak. We have had the shaker for about four months now and have noticed no rust or signs of wear and tear. I feel like we probably won't have to buy another cocktail shaker again. I did not ever received the e-book with the recipes, this is the ONLY reason I am not giving this cocktail shaker set a five star review.

I may have to send the product back because it only came with the shaker there was no kit that came along with it

I've had this shaker about 5 months. I made drinks about 1-2 times a month. I consider that moderate use and not extensive. Well, I went to make margaritas and the little strainer came loose and dropped into the actual cup while I was shaking my drink up. Although I fussed with it awhile to put back into place, I decided to toss the shaker as I didn't want to chance that the strainer would come loose in future drink making adventures. Maybe I got a lemon! I bought based on the other positive reviews. I guess you can take a chance, but I recommend looking elsewhere.

This is a really nice drink shaker and it comes with a nice jigger too. Locally I could not find this type of product with this quality for less than $29.95. And don't forget to download the free eBook with many really refreshing cocktail mixes. Enclosed in the package is a little story about the group of people who own this company and that they enjoy designing quality products. Personally, nowadays, I always like hearing a little story full of pride of workmanship. Nice job on a really nice product!

I got this shaker a few weeks ago and so far it has been an excellent addition to my home bar. I can make two drinks at a time, with room to spare, and the shaker seals up quite well. I did not have a 1/2 oz jigger before I got this set, no more guessing for those 1/2 oz measurements. This is a high quality set and I would recommend it to my friends!

Nice shaker, does its job but the reviews weren't kidding when they said the shaker gets cold. I had to hold it with a towel after a couple shakes. But I like my drinks super cold so its fine. Kinda bummed the shot cup didn't have measurements on the side, for some reason I thought it did. Other than that, not bad!
