works great, tricky to install
This worked great on my 2005 2500HD 8.1. It's easiest to install it with the bed off the truck, or with the gas tank dropped from below. It can be done with only the front of the gas tank lowered and supported. It's a good idea to plan ahead and work with the tank close to empty if you choose this method. I needed a lighted inspection mirror to find it this way.

worked great for my truck
This was a good product for the money. It fixed the check engine light on my truck which was not the easiest thing to replace as I had to drop the fuel tank.

Fits Ford Escape, Easy install on fuel rail
Had a one time error on this sensor, so this maybe more of a $20 preventative measure. Fit perfect, sits on the top passenger side of the engine on the fuel rail. 2 bolts, 1 vacuum hose and 1 electrical harness to remove and reinstall on the new part. Sits on fuel, so be ready if it leaks out. Will update if any issues.

Waste of time and money
I bought this assuming it would be a good replacement for the original one on my 2008 Canyon. It did clear the code when initially installed, however as others have mentioned failed after just 2 months. The rubber seal just separated while driving and I had a sudden loss of pressure (at first mimicked a bad gas cap). As bad as this is what makes it worse is the difficulty getting to this part to replace it. So it is not easy to install and since this part seems to be building a history of failing quickly it is of no value to the consumer.

Quality
I kept setting an Evap vent performance code and I was just throwing parts at my 2002 GMC Sonoma as I did not have the time to diagnose it correctly. After installing the Vent valve and the purge valve I decided it must be the fuel tank pressure sensor. I normally go OE on this type of stuff or at least a name brand, but, could not justify the $60+ they wanted for this. I came across this one and decided I would try it. Well, it is a lot better then the price would indicate I have had it installed for a couple of months and the check engine light has not come back on. it looked and felt like the one I removed and it fit perfect. So, save yourself some money and give this one a try. You won't be disappointed.
