Pros- Product was delivered fast and as described. Cons- When I first got the product it didn't work.The wheels ( or whatever you want to call them) didn't roll. I messed with it and ended up unscrewing the handles a little bit in order to loosen them up and then it started rolling. Also, it's a bit hard and if you use it on your back one of the wheels rolls directly down your spine. It kind of hurts since that wheel rolls directly on your spine bone. It would be better if they took the wheel out that goes along the spine, because the rest of the wheels message the only the muscles and not bone, like they should.

I was wrong.The number one issue is that the wheels just do not turn properly. If you try to make them turn, it feels as though they may snap or crack under any kind of force. The couple of times that SOME of the wheels did turn, they make a very annoying squeaky noise - as though in total protest.The second issue are the spines on the middle wheel - they happen to line up exactly with your actual spine, which is more painful than pleasing or therapeutic. Initially, I thought this may be a good thing, but quickly altered that judgement. If there had been two, perhaps with a spacer in the middle, so that they would run down each side of your spine, it would have made for a much, much better design.I have chosen to return this item. Unfortunately, no matter how pretty it may be, it is completely non-functional and a total waste of money and time.

This tool is great for working out the kinks post exercise. Better than a foam roller in that I can control the amount of pressure when using this massager. As an aside, it's also a pretty piece! The wood is really lovely. It seems durable, though I suppose if someone really applied a lot of force you could break it. I think you'd have to be really trying to break it, however. I'm pleased with the purchase; for $10, it's really hard to beat!

Not as I expected.
I had high expectations for this because of the great reviews. However, I was disappointed with it. It does not roll smoothly; the wooden pieces stick to one another. It is also pretty painful and intense when used along the spine, even with minimal pressure.

Stuck rollers.
It looks great but after trying to use it for 3 weeks, it would not free up and roll smoothly, making it painful to attempt to use.

Not as comfortable as it could be, but definitely good at it's job. It was worth the money for sure!
