Forever Florals Hawaii Gardenia Spray Cologne 2 oz

Since I believe that perfume is a personal experience, l would have given this cologne 5 stars, however, when I first applied it the alcohol smell was overpowering and took awhile for the smell to fade.

Smells precisely like my "Everblooming" Gardenia jasminoides 'Veitchii'. I purchased this cologne last year and it didn't quite smell like the giant, creamy gardenias of my youth, which was what I was after at the time, so I set it aside and forgot about it. At some point I decided that the smell of this perfume was so far off as to be almost plastic. How wrong I was. Recently, I purchased some Everblooming gardenia bushes, with small, tea rose-sized blossoms and equally small leaves. The blossoms smelled fantastic and I kept thinking I'd encountered it before in one of my perfumes. I rifled through my perfume and finally realized this perfume is a perfect replication of those blossoms. Simply stunning!

If you enjoy a floral scent than this one's for you! I bought my first bottle in Hawaii, I love the sweet smelling fragrance. It reminds me of when I was a little girl at my Grandma's house. She had Gardenia bushes all around her house. No wonder I love it so much! If you like a floral fragrance, don't hesitate to buy!

I've always loved fruity/floral smelling perfumes and this one is just wonderful. Its strong but in a good way, not over powering. In fact when I got up the next day, I could still smell it on myself. My partner also REALLY liked it, if you know what I mean!!! :) And for that price, what else can you ask for. Highly recommended...
