Love it. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because I wish it would have come with the little hair bow bow measuring tool. But other than that it's actually really fun to use just you tube some of the videos if you don't get the directions

arrived on time and includes everything listed. Recommend to those who have a hard time holding the ribbons in their hands to make bows.

The box was torn up and all of the items were falling out, the ribbons were off the spools – – truly disappointing!
