Itsa good grill works well we have cooked various food on it and all ended up nice The grill is delivered with a continental plug fitted had to order an adaptor to 13amp plug I had thought about cutting off the plug and fitting a 13amp but I decided against in case it invalidate the warranty Also my grill was delivered slightly damage had to straiten it slightly although there was no damage on the packaging The cooking area on the grill is smaller than I thought the measurements in the description allow for the electrical connection on the back which sticks out a bit reducing the cooking area in the overall measurements

First of all may I say what great reliable service we've had as a business from Amazon. We purchased the supposedly "commercial" hot plate in October of 2023 by December one side of the 2 hot plates had failed. We were told by AWFUL MONSTER PRODUCTS, the supplier, that we would get the spare part within two to three working days I had to chase them and it was another week on top when the part arrived the part did not fix the problem. Monster Products do NOT have the support infrastructure to maintain this product in a "commercial" environment. I offered to buy another unit and then to swap the failed unit, return it to them to repair, and once repaired return it and give me a full credit for the temporary unit that I purchased, which would be returned; they turned it down. MONSTER PRODUCTS do not supply "commercial" products or "commercial" service all they do is commerce and not with the interests of their customers front and centre. AMAZON IT IS MISLEADING TO ADVERTISE SOMETHING AS COMMERCIAL WHEN IT'S VENDOR AND SUPPORT NETWORK IS NOT. It is merely a big, unreliable twin hot plate... Nothing more.

Très mauvaise qualité de inox, il fallait totalement démonter pour resserré tout les boulons.

it says 4,2 kW in title but it's not, then my 10A fuse would blow instantly. 4,2 kW is 18Amp and nobody has that in their normal house.. I have 10A which is 2300w fuses and i can run deep fryer the same time on the same fuse... So it's NOT even CLOSE! To what it says. Enough about that, It's pretty decent, for the price it's fine. But it has some painful flaws in the design. The hole for the fat to drip in is way too small, gotta make way bigger or it takes like 20 mins to clean it after every usage. IT's insanelly SHARP edges (i cut myself several times) on top front, like bent unsanded metal.. I bent it up so i could clean since all fat gets stuck under it after every time you cook something and u need to clean it so, it's tight and sharp there.. Not good. Cooks good tho! Makes great smash burgers 230C ;)
