Well, who knew? These patches arrive in 2 separate packages, one has the stickers, the other has the patches. Call me stupid but when I opened the first pack that was the stickies, I assumed that's what I needed to use, so slapped them on both feet, covered with socks and woke to.... Nothing lolThat's when I read the instructions and found that the packages were different 🤣Night 2, I stuck them on (with patches this time!) Put socks on in case of slippage and slept in! (I'm an insomniac usually)The patches were black! I'm too embarrassed to take pictures but they were filthy!Night 3: I again stick some patches on and slept well, only this time I didn't wear socks and although the patches were blackened, they were more patchy than the previous night, which I understand is correct as the process of detoxifying works.Here is where I noticed 2 things. The stick held well without socks - unlike some other reviewers, mine were sticky all night long and I had to peel them from my feet so no need for socks.. and secondly, do not peel off the pads and rest your feet on your white bedding before washing your feet! 🥺 I had a nice imprint of the darkened pad on my sheets (although this did wash out, thankfully!)I wondered if the black on the pads came from sweating during the night? Do I took one of the used pads, run it under warm water, cold water, I even "squished" the pad a bit and could not recreate the darkened surface so something is happening!I don't use these every night now maybe once or twice a week, but I have to say my sleep quality has improved since using them 😊

I've been using these for over a week now and I actually feel lighter if that makes sense. The pad is stil coming up black but for some reason the left foot came up white for 2 days but is now black again. I have noticed it being lighter on the pad so hopefully I will be detoxed soon. Good value for money. We shall see if it changes soon

Draw the toxins out of your body through the soles of your feet. Only one bug bear is that you need to use some micropore to secure them on as they come off on the sheets in bed. Have found that putting a pair cotton socks on does help though and keeps them secure. Good value for money.

I have been using these for 2 full weeks every single night and every morning are pure black, no sign of blackness lessening so I am not sure about this product nor do I notice any difference heslthways , for 1st couple of nights I did run more to the toilet but that subsided by night 3 so don't feel any benefit , thr pads at first seem very sticky and stick well and then within minutes start to come off so I do wear socks to keep them on. I also intend to try a patch on an arm or leg to see what happens as I am.not noticing any difference in my pains at all, they are easy to use and don't smell in anyway

Mixed speculation about these, saying they don’t work! I have put these on, & by morning they have gone black, used for about a week until they go clear! I do feel a lot better in myself & have increased energy!

My 4th batch of these now and the quality is terrible. The pads are rock solid and no sign of absorbstuon in the mornings. Will source another brand next time...

Always feel rested as slept all night and energised when i wear these to bed. Not sure if the science is true as no confirmed study released but the pads draw fluids from the soles of your feet claiming to be toxins. I believe it as i feel great the next day and pads have drawn fluid from soles. I will be buying more.
