Perfect for the job
These are a large capsule of cod liver oil, but they’re going to be, as 1000mg is a 1000mg and will always take up a certain amount of space. They also contain vitamins A and D, and are a soft gel capsule. I find that the easiest way to take them is to pop some water in my mouth, pop the capsule in and swallow both the water and the capsule at the same time, which makes them very easy to swallow and there’s no aftertaste to them.At the time of writing this review, the cost is £13.77 for 360 capsules, which is good value for money. Happy to recommend.
