Excellent; doesn’t get loose: keeps your signatures held tight; great to work with

This item is working perfectly for the craft booklets I am making. The wax helps it keep shape and it goes through the small holes in the paper easily; the knots are strong. I was a little hesitant at first since I've never used waxed linen thread before, but I could not be more satisfied.

Sometimes you just have to have natural thread for a project. Especially if you are doing a historic reproduction polyester thread just won't do. This is very nice linen thread. You get it in 3 colors. It comes pre waxed. I rubbed a bit more wax on just because I wanted to but it would be fine as is. Glad to find a source for linen thread.

Seems slightly thicker and waxier than Crawford’s 4 ply natural, but perfectly adequate and a value buy.

I used the thread to bind a journal made from a Little Golden Book. It is as sturdy as I was hoping for. I will order again. The only problem is threading the needle without the thread unraveling. And using a needle with a large enough eye may mean a needle too large for the project. I like the thread, though, and will continue to experiment with needles.

It is nice. I am using this for a contrast color on my coil wound pine needle baskets and it looks good. It's easy to thread on the needle and doesn't shed wax like some other thread does. There are 3 spools, but when I run out I'd certainly buy this again.

This is a good, sturdy cord for bookbinding. I love using it, as it doesn't tangle and stays put, unlike regular hand-sewing thread. I don't think I could use this on regular grade paper, but it is perfect for card stock. Will definitely purchase again.

Waxed thread works great in junk journal binding!
