The kettlebells at my gym start at 18 pounds, which is a little heavy for me. I couldn't find anything under 10 pounds at athletic stores. This 7 pound bell works well for me as a beginner. It's easy to hold onto and the bright color is a plus. I take it to the gym and use it in my training sessions.

I had been buying j/fit bells and was happy with them (5, 7, 10, 12, 15) until I got to the 20 lbs one. The handle was soooo thick, in fact really too thick for me and so much thicker than 15 lbs one. I decided I needed an in between one -- 18 lb and bought this one. I am so happy I did. It is so much better made and less expensive than j/fit. The handle is much better size and is smooth. Plus the vinyl coating is twice as thick as the j/fit and less likely to come off. My only complaint is that I didn't find these till after buying so many j/fit ones!!!!

The Kettlebell looked like it had been through a war. The paint was worn and it looked beat up. But, I don’t own a gym so looks aren’t important but function is. It felt comfortable when I used it and it did the job. The price compared to other kettlebells was great so I would buy it again.

Loved the fit and feel of this kettlebell and I use it all the time.. I love doing ' kb swings' while watching TV since I keep them in sight to remind me how easily I can fit in some exercise :-)

I was searching for a reasonably priced kettlebell, and I found a few on Amazon. I ultimately chose this one because of its weight (10 lb.) and its size (small and compact). I have a set of 15 lb. kettlebells that are HUGE in size and that has always bothered me. They are too cumbersome and frustrating to work out with. When this kettlebell arrived, I got right to to work with it. It's been a few months now and I still love it. Sturdy, compact, and the perfect weight for most of my exercises.

I love this kettlebell. It’s still heavy to me as I’ve only started working out for about 6 weeks. But when I can endure for a bit I whip this out and I’m able to manipulate it very well. Until I get tired.

I purchased the 7 pound kettlebell for my sister. She was using a 5 pound kettlebell and I got her this bell to help her progress to a 10 pound. She liked the smoothness and she has a good hold/ grasp but noted not big enough for someone with big/wide hands to use. I would recommend this kettlebell and it works great for kettlebell training/ use.
