Actually Rustproof
I've had one for about a year and it truly is rust proof. It's very sturdy. Very happy with it.

Solid, will not bend,
Works well keeps bar soap clean neat dry, will have to wait and see if the stainless steel Starts to rust, before I complete evaluation. So far (4- months) so good.!!

Does well what it's supposed to
This is great for the kitchen and doesn't hold water like a plastic soap dish does. Easy to clean and comes with a coarse porous sponge that has the texture of a lufa to place between the soap and the holder so your soap bar doesn't slip all over when you move it.

I originally bought this to use in my bathroom. After getting it I changed my mind and put it on my kitchen counter next to my sink. The item is very well made and I doubt that it would be that good with a bar of soap dripping everywhere. If you want a nice modern-looking thing on your counter by all means get it because it really is a very sturdy piece.
