I had to stop carrying a large purse, mostly because it gets heavy very quickly, but I like carrying a first aid kit. There have been many instances where I needed one and the little dollar johnsons kits just don't cut it. This little kit is compact for sure, it's tiny, but it holds a decent amount of stuff. The scissors, sling and cpr mask are the biggest draw for me, they are hard to find in regular stores and are important to have with you just in case.The case is thick material, so it should hold up pretty well, and has little pockets/compartments to keep things in so they stay organized. I added a few small things to the kit to make it personalized (some ibuprofen, hand sanitizer wipes, a couple of caffeine tablets for low heart rate, and a couple of knuckle bandages) The kit is cute, basic for every day needs and fits well in the small purse I carry. This first aid kit is absolutely perfect for putting in your car or for travel. It has a very nice case with 3 zippered pockets and it holds a decent amount of first aid supplies. It comes with bandages, tweezers, gloves, gauze, medical tape, scissors and more. The case is durable and the pockets are see through so you can get to what you want easily. It folds up for easy storage and you can easily add more bandages to it. A perfect first aid kit for the car. It's small enough to fit in your glove box but contains everything you might need for minor emergencies. I love the three fold velcro design. Very handy. I got this discounted to review it.

As others have commented already, this is a really decent basic first aid kit. I plan to upgrade the scissors to EMT-style shears and the tweezers to metal; otherwise just toss in a handful of bandages (because you can never have too many) and some painkillers and you've got a great kit for your bike, backpack, etc.

This is a perfect little pack to carry on trips of all kinds. It has everything required plus some for a first-aider. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the pouch, and especially all that it can carry. I don't see the need to add anything but medicine and things like polysporin into it. Very impressed!

Nice, self-contained kit to keep in my car or day bag. Wouldn't want to carry something this large on a long trip but it's nice to have something a little more comprehensive when weight isn't an issue.

For the price, I don't see how they could make it any better. Good stock of basic supplies and durable hard shell case. Threw one in the storage box on my quad and will hopefully not need it but feel confident with first aid having it. Buy one.
