I put this in my coffee or sweetened tea, sometimes a supplement drink. It doesn’t taste good with plain water or milk though. I feel if I take this on a daily basis, in the morning, it helps ease bone, joint and muscle pain caused by inflammation. Even when we try to eat healthy, there’s toxins and metals in the foods we eat from pesticides, etc.
