Bosch Siemens Cleaner for Washing Machine - 200 g

Cleaner is not the same as a Descaler. Cleaner removes residue from washing machine, and is supposed to remove odours inside the drum - especially if you tend to use any powdery detergent or fabric softener and such. We did see small amount of dirt / grime in the water expelled. The product has a 5 year expiry - but Apr 2025, you receive something mfg in Feb 2023 (so not fast moving goods). But because heat and humidity can affect chemicals, one hopes that the warehouse storage was proper. The product was delivered properly sealed. Manufactured in Germany. If you pay a steep price, you want the genuine thing.

Very good product but price is some higher....

Used to clear the debris and bad odor, and I would say it kind of worked, but the scent is not so good.

I was initially confused between the descaler & cleaner. Cleaner: It cleans the internal parts, drum and the outlets removing dirt, bacteria, smell, bacteria, fungi, detergent deposits and other residues. Its used at 90°C temperature and I've a dedicated function on my Bosch. You may also use it at the highest temperature with longest run cycle in other case. -> Use full packet at once Descaler: As the name suggests, descaler removes the salt/scales that deposit in the interiors and parts of the washing machine with time. It especially helps where the water is hard or has very high TDS. Descaler must be used at 60°C with longest cycle. -> Use full packet at once Conclusion: If you use your machine daily, cleaner & descaler must be used at every 3 months. I use my machine 2-3 times a week so I clean & descale it every 90 -100 washes or 6 months, that too alternatively. i.e. at 3rd month I use cleaner, 3 months after cleaner I use descaler. 😎 You can keep a record when u last used it by writing a date on the cleaner and ordering accordingly. Washing machine cleaning powder is good but little bit expensive same like market price

Me lo recomendó un técnico de lavadoras independiente y me dijo que si usaba solo éste y no el de otras marcas de supermercado alargaríamos la vida de nuestra lavasecadora. Después de varios usos puedo decir que el producto funciona correctamente.
