Olive Squalane Hydrating Natural Facial Oil

I have only been using this Olive Squalane for 3 days now and I already notice a difference. I apply it twice a day...once in the morning and once at night. It is easy to apply and is not oily but rather has a nice "slip" to it. It absorbs easily and readily into the skin (in about a minute or so). Unlike other skin moisturizers that leave an "oil slick" on your face, this Olive Squalane did not...it only left my skin feeling smooth, moist and hydrated. That's because it absorbs into your skin like an effective skin moisturizer should. I've also noticed that my skin "remains" hydrated even when rolling out of bed the next day. I like that this squalane is derived from olives and not from shark liver. Squalane is also said to be a natural component of the skin and is an effective emollient that has antioxident and immune stimulating properties. My skin is definately receiving all these benefits, as it not only feels better but also looks much smoother and has a "plumpness" to it. The only concern I have with this product is the packaging. Although the bottle itself is opaque (which is good), it is however, light in color. It would be better if the bottle was "amber" colored, so the most vulnerable, highly degradable ingredients would be better protected or shielded from sunlight. I remedy this by wrapping the outside of the glass bottle with duct tape. On the upside, I do appreciate and like that the product comes packaged in an air-tight container, as the product is dispensed through a pump and not through an "open mouthed" vessel, like that of a jar. Sunlight and oxygen are the worst enemies of any antioxident, skin-identical/repairing ingredient, as it greatly deteriorates the integrity of it (upon exposure to the elements), whereby decreasing its efficacy. As such, I try to keep all my carrier oils in a dark cool place (where there is least temperature fluctuactions). I gave this product 5 stars because it is derived "purely" from olives and it works effectively. In addition, I give credit to the company for making an effort to package the product correctly... and in such a way that ensures customers that they are investing their hard earned capital into a quality product that is effectively designed, developed, and packaged to deliver what it promises. Highly recommend!

This stuff is wonderful ! I wish I could give it ten stars. I feel like it is actually healing a scar on my face, maybe, but aside from that it is the best moisturizer I have ever used. I have decided it beats Emu oil that my sensitve skin may have been reacting too. I wash my face with just honey now, and then when my skin is still damp I put this on and I feel like my skin is looking more youthful and hydrated. I can even go the night without any moisturizer now. So I just apply this once for a 24 hour time period and I'm done. I read that Olive squalane penetrates many layers of the skin. This stuff is also way better at hydrating my skin then Argan oil. I love it so much!

Short and simple, squalane is the best moisturizer you can put on your skin. Your skin knows it and loves it. I'm an esthetician with dry skin and psoraisis, and my skin lives on this stuff.It's much easier and cheaper for a company to use marine squalane (that's the nice way of saying they killed sharks and extracted squalane from them). I'm more than willing to pay a bit of a premium to get pure, plant extracted squalane (at a reasonable price), but it can be hard to track down. Enter a frustrated evening search on Amazon, after my most recent supplier stopped carrying squalane. Found a few options, but these guys had a very reasonable price so I got a bottle.I'm writing this as my 2nd bottle is sitting in my virtual shopping cart waiting for me to pay up. Love this stuff and the company is very customercentric. I'm a happy camper :)

It's not to heavy and it's not to light, It's just right. It feels like light oil when you first apply it but it absorbs into the skin quickly. A little goes a long way. I've almost had this one bottle for a year. My skin feels very moist after applying it and it DOES NOT interfere with makeup, aggravate my eczema, or cause acne flair ups.

My daughter has eczema, severely dry skin and multiple allergies. It is very hard for us to find products that she can use. Her face is so sensitive that she is not able to use moisturizers because they burn when she puts them on. I was so happy when we discovered squalane! It helps to combat her dry skin and feels great on her face.

I adore this product. I use it as a serum when I need that extra boost, and I love the glow it gives my skin. Has not irritated my acne-prone skin.

This is a great moisturizer. I use it on my hands and it absorbs very quickly. It isn't greasy at all.
