Great buy! Love this machine!
This machine works exactly as specified. It made creamy soy milk & soy paste which is great on its own. I am still experimenting on combo milks like adding walnuts & almonds, however the versatility is great! Cleaning is a bit of a learning curve since the electronics are on the part you have to clean, but I put tin foil over the electronic parts when cleaning & it is super easy to clean if done right away. I cannot believe the price of soy milk & nut milks. The prices are out of control! Hopefully more people will be making their own milk just to save money & prevent companies from overcharging on their nut milks!!!

The Best Soy Milk Maker on the Market
I'm extremely happy with this soy milk maker! After shopping for several months online and comparing old soy milk makers to new, I decided on this one. It's a breeze to use and clean up is just gently scrubbing with a plastic brush the wand that houses the grinding unit. If you watch the SoyaJoy video on Youtube a few times, you'll have the process down.I had bought a 7-lb bag of dried soy beans a while back and am using them. But, this seller provides a small sample size to get started. You can have soy milk in 30 minutes from pre-soaked beans. This maker is the highest rated because it's a very good quality. My purchase was missing the filter and small sample of beans and I contacted the seller and they sent those out to me right away.

Works great!
I’ve made multiple batches of soy milk and each has turned out perfectly. The milk reminds me of the quality of West soy but much more flavorful. It still takes a long time to make soy milk, but this device cuts the hands-on time down significantly. When I would make it on the stove, I would say the hands-on time was close to an hour with blending, simmering, and squeezing in a nut milk bag. Now, all I have to do is squeeze it which takes less than ten minutes. I think the most valuable thing is that I do not have to be glued to the stove monitoring it. You do have to wait ten minutes between each batch which isn't a big deal because the soyajoy will automatically add the ten minutes when you start the next batch. So my recipe for making a half gallon of soy milk is:-soak 250 g of dry soybeans overnight- rinse and drain and divide in half-make two batches using one-half of the soaked soybeans-add about 1100 ml of water to the soyajoy with 1/2 of the soaked soybeans-run it on soaked beans-once it is done, I usually pour that batch into a clean pot with a lid-add the remaining soaked soybeans and 1100 ml of water-run the cycle-once finished add it to the pot with the rest of the soy milk-I usually let it cool down before straining, but if you have asbestos hands feel free to strain right awayFor cleaning, once I am all done, I rinse immediately and gently scrub with a sponge. Then I will run it on the raw milk setting with some water and vinegar and then rinse it out after. It gets it quite clean! The process still takes time BUT like I said the hands-on time is just the straining. Also, the taste is fantastic and worth the money for that alone. On the stove, there were numerous times my soy milk came out “beany’ tasting despite boiling it to hell and back. With the soya joy, it is so creamy and nutty without that overwhelming bitter bean flavor (I used the same soybeans for both stovetop and in the soyajoy).Overall, I'm very happy! Plus I believe they give you a year warranty.

Very convenient first machine
1/28/2023:I've had the Soyajoy G5 for about a month and I have used it several times for oat and soy milks, so I feel comfortable giving my initial review. So far so good, but my main complaint at this time is that I had to get a nut milk bag to truly achieve the quality I was looking for.The included mesh strainer is just not quite good enough even with two or three passes, although it did better than I expected it to given the size of the holes. My oat and soy milks were gritty and had a much stronger oat and soy bean taste than store-bought milks, probably due to there still being a good amount of pulp in the milk.I got a hemp nut milk bag to replace the strainer and it was a night and day difference compared to my first few batches. I actually prefer my latest batch over Silk soymilk, and the nut milk bag also made the straining process much more convenient. I just pour right into the bag over a bowl, tighten the drawstring, and hang the bag over the bowl to slowly drip while it is still too hot to squeeze by hand. I highly recommend picking up a nut milk bag to go with this product, and would rather have had one included instead of the mesh strainer. I also think that removing more of the soybean skins after soaking helps the end product (maybe this should be added to the instructions).Overall I am pleased with the performance of the machine. It's fairly easy to configure and clean. The only trouble spot with cleaning I noticed was the seam where the shaft of the blade sticks out of the blender body. Sometimes a tiny bit of pulp stays stuck there on the shaft, but otherwise a quick wipe with a kitchen sponge with detergent cleans it perfectly well (and you could probably just use water if you wanted).I'll be updating this as I get more experience with the machine and try out other features.

Not reliable machine
Used one time, next use the E 2 error code keeps popping up and no way that I can fix it. The machine stops working after the error code. This is a low quality machine. I would not recommend it.
