Summary - not good
I have returned the gloves!!!!!!! One never heated the other would heat for a couple of minutes and then turn off. I contacted the company and their reply - a loose wire by chance. I took a chance on a low cost item - other products were much more expensive - and lost. Am still TRYING to find a solution to numb hands in a Michigan winter - that I can afford. Was so very disappointed with this product.

Not Much Heat
Battery life is EXTREMELY limited. During their short life, the batteries get hotter than the glove liners. This product is not recommended.
